One of the main reasons I ride is for health. I am motivated by numbers, and luckily there is a bit of a "quantified self" movement, so these days I don't feel like such an oddball. I am also motivated by the idea of getting better. I want to change, grown, improve. This section details my path. I include it here because I hope to inspire others, maybe even someone I don't know.
The training I will write about it not about being the best. I'm not going to write about racing or about pushing unreasonable limits. I am not an athlete. I do, however, want to share my experience pushing my own perceptions about myself and reaching a level of fitness I never dreamed I would. Below you'll ready about my motivations, my goals, my goals, and my struggles.
Please share in the comments what inspires you. If I write something that helps you, please let me know!
